Lakeside Gardens Farmhouse Tariffs: December - February $180 per night weekdays / $200 per night weekends. March - November $160 per night weekdays / $180 per night weekends. Minimum two night booking on weekends and three nights or more may apply for long weekends and major events. |

Booking and Cancellation Policy: A
50% deposit isrequired to secure a booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded unless the property is
relet for the period originally booked and for the same tariff. Deposit can be transferred provided notice of 7 days or more is given.
